Scope of Work
- Site survey and planning — tank and product assessment, access review, risk assessment and a method statement agreed with your HSE team.
- Isolation and preparation — isolation, draining and degassing as required, with gas testing and safe-entry controls under your site permit-to-work system.
- Sludge removal — pump-out and removal of sludge, sediment and residues using pumps matched to the material.
- Cleaning and flushing — washing of tank internals and flushing of tanks and lines until the agreed cleanliness is reached.
- Waste handling — segregation and handling of removed waste in line with client and regulatory requirements.
- Inspection and handover — inspection with your representative, a handover report, and a clean tank returned to service.
